1. Who we are

2. Information we collect automatically
- Server logs: IP address, user-agent string, referrer, request path, and timestamp. Retained for 14 days for security and abuse prevention, then aggregated or deleted.
- Cloudflare edge data: the site is served through Cloudflare, which processes the above fields to mitigate denial-of-service attacks. See Cloudflare's own privacy policy for details.
- Analytics: if analytics cookies are enabled, we use a privacy-respecting variant that stores a pseudonymous visitor identifier for up to 12 months. We do not use Google Analytics or Facebook Pixel on this property.
3. Affiliate tracking
Outbound links to operator sites are tagged as rel="nofollow sponsored noopener" and route through /go/, which performs a 307 redirect with X-Robots-Tag: noindex, nofollow and Cache-Control: no-store. When a visitor completes an outbound click, the destination affiliate programme may set its own cookies on the operator's domain; those cookies are controlled by the operator, not by this site.
Commission reporting we receive from affiliate programmes is aggregate and does not identify individual visitors by name, email, or IP address. We do not sell, lease, or share any visitor data with affiliate partners.

5. Your rights
Under the Australian Privacy Act 1988 (Privacy Principle 12) and the EU General Data Protection Regulation (Articles 15–21), you may request access to the personal data we hold about you, correction of inaccurate data, deletion of non-essential data, restriction of processing, and data portability. Australian visitors who believe we have breached the Privacy Act may complain to the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner. EU visitors may complain to their national supervisory authority.
6. Children
This site is intended for adults of legal gambling age (18+ in Australia). We do not knowingly collect information from minors. If we learn that a minor has submitted personal information, we delete it immediately.
7. Data retention
Server logs: 14 days. Analytics pseudonyms: 12 months. Consent records: 12 months from last visit. Correspondence with editorial or privacy contacts: retained only for as long as required to action and audit the request.
8. Data transfers
Our hosting infrastructure is located in the European Union. Cloudflare's global network may cache public pages in data centres outside the EU and Australia. No personal data is transferred to jurisdictions without an adequate level of protection under Australian or EU standards.

Material changes will be notified at the top of this page with the updated "Last updated" date. The previous version is archived on request.
